Dallas is also known for having several professional sports teams, which is why we have chosen to make it the home of Little Leagues. Between the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars, and the Dallas Mavericks, there is plenty of opportunites for a fan gear company to do well.

As of 2022, the population of Dallas is 1,325,691, with a growing rate of 0.81%. About 669,867 are male and 675,209 are female. The average family size is 3.37, and the average household income is $87,999. The percentage of people who have recieved at least a Bachelor's Degree is 21.63%. Our target market will have a household minimum income of $50,000, which is over 80% of the population.

Our customers will have the lifestyle of those who are excited and passionate about sports. They will be those who look forward to and appreciate viewing their favorite sports teams play. From a VALS perspective, our customers will be Experiencers and Believers.

 

Behavioristic Data:

Customers will shop in our store during the sporting season, which lucky for us is year-round. We will offer our customers products representing their favorite teams year round, but we will put emphasis on the teams during their respective season throughout the year.

Behavioristic Variable:

Occasion: The respective season that the consumers favorite team is playing will be when they are most likely to shop with us. Other occasions like local home games or tournaments will also increase demand.

Benefit sought by consumers: The benefit that consumers will experience when shopping with us is quality goods at reasonable prices and supporting local business.
